This is Elinor!
At Cupole, we’re a collective of great minds and big hearts. But instead of keeping that for ourselves, we want to give you a chance to read some more about our people and what they have to say about themselves and Cupole. Cupole Academy starts this fall and Elinor is one of the new Cupoleans joining.
Let’s get to know her!
Hi, Elinor! How would you describe yourself?
I would say that I’m a positive person and always try to see the positive perspective of things, I love being active and try new restaurants! Me and a colleague has this thing where we try new workouts every month and last month we did a 20 minutes “electronic muscle stimulator class” and literally had soreness for a week
What made you apply to Cupole Academy in the first place?
The people! It felt right from the very first time I talked to a Cupolean and I felt really drawn to a workplace that cared about its people while at the same time provided a challenging and learning environment.
What were you looking forward to when starting at Cupole?
Starting a new chapter of my life! Felt like I have been studying since forever and I was really eager to start practice what I had learnt and meet everyone at the office.
How has the experience been so far?
It’s been so fun! And challenging! I will not lie, the first period I was so tired by all the new stuff you come across in the beginning but at the same time full of energy from being in a climate that challenges, supports and appreciates you.
Did you do anything fun this winter?
I spent new years on a beach in Gran Canaria, it was amazing and I was so happy that I could go – I didn’t want to get my hopes too high given how these last months have looked. Otherwise I would probably still be on a little island on the west coast, right outside Gothenburg, called Brännö where I spent my Christmas.
Finally, what is your advice to anyone that is interested in applying to Cupole Academy?
Go for it! And don’t be afraid to reach out to any of us if you have questions, thoughts or just want a chat. You will not regret that you applied, but you might regret it if you don’t.
Thanks for the talk Elinor! For our readers, stay tuned for more from our Cupoleans. Read more about openings and how to join Cupole here
