This is Wilma!
We welcome Wilma Augustsson, who joined us as management consultant a couple of weeks ago.
To kick things off, can you tell us a bit about yourself?
I am a curious team player, always up for doing something fun, new, and challenging! Outside of work, I find joy in spending time with my friends and family, working out, or reading a good book. I love trying out new activities, whether it’s learning a new skill, exploring new places, or diving into an interesting project. I believe that staying curious and open-minded not only helps me grow but also makes life a lot more exciting!
After being a Cupolean fora couple of months, what has been your key takeaway from this time?
It is a pleasure to come to the office every day and be surrounded by such fun, supportive and inspiring people! I’ve learned so much already and am excited to see where this journey takes me!
What are you looking forward to the most during your first year as a management consultant?
I look forward to a steep learning curve and the opportunity to take on challenging projects together with all the fun, smart and inspiring people at Cupole and Eidra. I’m excited to continuously develop my problem-solving skills and learn from the talented people around me here at Cupole! But beyond the professional growth, I’m really looking forward to the relationships I’ll build with both my colleagues and clients —and of course, all the fun moments in between!
Do you have any advice for someone interested in applying to Cupole?
Do it! Reach out, apply to our dinner/aw/case-cracking events, mingle with Cupoleans and learn more. Ask questions that matter to you and try to get to know the company and the people behind it. That’s how I learned that Cupole is a company not only filled with great minds, but also big hearts! Take the chance, it might just be the perfect place for you as well!
Lastly, we’re all about discovering the hidden gems. Do you have a surprising talent or interest you’d like to share?
For those who know me, I am not sure about how much of a surprise this is; but I know every word to every Taylor Swift song that has ever been made. There are about 250 of them.
Thank you, Wilma! For our readers, stay tuned for more from our Cupoleans. Read more about life at Cupole here
