At Cupole, we’re a collective of great minds and big hearts. But instead of keeping that for ourselves, we want to give you a chance to read some more about our people and what they have to say about themselves and Cupole.
Let’s get to know a Cupolean!
Hi, Jessica! What are your plans for today?
Today I have lots of meetings with my client. We have a big meeting coming up later this week and the meetings today is to ensure we capture any questions and clarifications ahead of that meeting. In that way we can use the meeting later this week for decision making. In the evening we have a social activity at the office that I’m hosting for all our consultants. We covid-test everyone ahead of the activity to make sure it’s safe to gather in person.
What’s your role within Cupole and what does that mean?
I’m a Project Manager which means I’m responsible for leading the project from start to finish and to make sure both the client and the team are happy and satisfied in the end. Being a Manager includes setting the deadlines and directions for the team, helping the team to prioritize their time between analysis and using the client’s time in the best possible way to achieve the wanted outcome. I’m also Level Lead which is an internal role at Cupole where I’m responsible for coaching the Consultants to develop and progress in their career.
What do you think is the best thing with Cupole?
The people! Truth be told I have the best colleagues in the world and thus a fantastic company culture. Having fun at work is extremely important for me when you spend a lot of time working. I also enjoy the strategic challenges that my job at Cupole comes with.
What are you looking forward to this summer?
I’m looking forward to more normality. To stand in a crowded bar and not worrying about covid. Until we reach that point, I will spend time at my summer house at the West Coast and in France to secure some sunshine.
Finally, do you have a secret craft or talent?
I really wish I could answer this question with something extra ordinary. But no. I eat unreasonable amounts of carrots. Does that qualify?
