The great people, the great attitudes and the interesting client base made me interested in Cupole

We welcome Johan Dahlborg, who joined us as principal a couple of weeks ago.

Who are you and what is your role?

I’m a father of two with a passion for helping clients succeed. I have a generally positive attitude and take on life with a sense of humor.

What is your area of expertise?

During my years in management consulting and in the durable goods industry, my interests have converged toward defining, articulating and evaluating strategies as well as structuring and implementing change. I have worked with clients in a broad array of industries including (but far from limited to) Public Transportation, Telecom and Private Equity.

What made you interested in Cupole?

The great people, the great attitudes and the interesting client base made me interested in Cupole. When I understood the power of the ARC network, taking creativity and business opportunities to the next level, it made me convinced that Cupole is a great place for me.

Have you done any interesting projects so far?

I’m currently supporting a valued client in securing its business pipeline for the coming decade. It’s a hands-on project with a ton of strategic impact.

Last question, do you have any special talents?

I have a passion for home renovation projects and like to fix or improve things at home. If I haven’t done a specific task before, I make sure to study and practice to master it. My “man-cave” is a corner of our garage where I keep all my tools and materials.
