On the 6th of October, it was announced that Cupole would become part of the ARC Group. What has happened since then, and how come Cupole and ARC are such a good match? We had a little chat with Jakob Birgersson, Partner at Cupole, to get to know more. Let’s see what he answered!

So, it’s been almost four months since it was announced that Cupole would become a part of ARC. Tell us, what have you been up to since then?
It has been an intense last couple of months with a focus on getting to know our new colleagues and friends within ARC. We are at the beginning of building a joint culture – a work in which we from Cupole hope to contribute with the Cupolean spirit that we are truly proud of. As a part of the integration, we have also been focusing on the new potential clients and their businesses this integration now allows us to expand to.
Why are Cupole and ARC such a great match?
Cupole and the other niche experts within the ARC Group are positioned to be the perfect partner to support companies in navigating the digital landscape we will see in the future. In addition, we all share a people-centered mindset – we believe that our people are at the core of everything that we do and the reason we excel – and by building the business around our people, we fortify our position and grow our business.
We are still in the middle of a pandemic – what has it been like to get to know this new group from a distance?
Cupole is digital at heart and therefore we already had the processes and tools in place to handle the digital transformation that the pandemic required. Despite the circumstances, our journey of becoming a part of ARC has been smooth and exciting.
What do you, personally, look forward to the most with the collaboration with ARC?
I must say I look forward to a lot of things related to the future with ARC! Mostly, however, I look forward to seeing Cupole becoming a part of something bigger and, consequently, the opportunities this brings by accelerating our offering in symbiosis with our friends within ARC. I really think we are building something great here and I can’t wait to see what the future holds for us!
