This is Ludvig!
We welcome Ludvig Thornberg, who joined us as management consultant a couple of weeks ago.
To kick things off, can you tell us a bit about yourself?
Hello! I am originally from Stockholm but studied in Lund for five years before returning home again. Besides working at Cupole, I love sports of all kinds. I have always played tennis growing up but have over the years switched to other similar sports such as golf, squash and padel.
After being a Cupolean fora couple of months, what has been your key takeaway from this time?
My main key takeaway is the exceptional level of care and support you receive at Cupole. There are numerous forums and approachable colleagues available for career advice, Excel tips, or even just a casual chat about your weekend.
What are you looking forward to the most during your first year as a management consultant?
Learning from my talented and experienced colleagues, how I can become more efficient and confident in my work, and also enjoying all the different events and activities Cupole arranges during the year, everything from extreme sports to wine tastings!
Do you have any advice for someone interested in applying to Cupole?
Try to be as transparent about yourself as possible! Don’t forget that we want to get to know you as much as we want you to get to know us.
Lastly, we’re all about discovering the hidden gems. Do you have a surprising talent or interest you’d like to share?
I don’t really know where the talent comes into this but I have tried to fry an egg on the asphalt in Death Valley in the US (known as the hottest place on earth), although it didn’t really work…
Thank you, Ludvig! For our readers, stay tuned for more from our Cupoleans. Read more about life at Cupole here
