At Cupole, we’re a collective of great minds and big hearts. But instead of keeping that for ourselves, we want to give you a chance to read some more about our people and what they have to say about themselves and Cupole.
Let’s get to know a Cupolean!
Hi Maikel, how would you describe yourself?
I would describe myself as a motivated person who enjoys competing. I love sports and to push my body to the limit. The gym is just around the corner from the office so I go there almost every day – very convenient. Apart from that, I like philosophy.
Cool mix! Would your parents say the same?
I think so but they’d probably add that I’m smart and analytical too.
What did you do last weekend?
I was in London! It was nice to get a break and meet some friends that I hadn’t seen in a while. My favorite part of the trip was the Assyrian exhibition in the British Museum, though.
How would you describe the culture at Cupole?
The culture here is very unique and probably different from other workplaces. The atmosphere is very relaxed and we make up the rules together.
What does it mean being a Cupolean?
In my opinion, it means being more than just a management consultant. We are encouraged to think outside the box and to get involved in running the business.
Do you have a favorite spot in the office?
The lounge, definitely! It’s actually called 🥳 and works as the meeting point in our office where you can hang out with colleagues, play FIFA, listen to music and get snacks, drinks, and food from the fridge. I love it!
And, what’s your favorite memory from Cupole?
The winter conference in Italy! I had such a wonderful time hanging out with everyone and skiing for the first time and I learned so much thanks to everyone who gave me tips and tricks – it’s really an awesome way to get to know each other outside work.
Stay tuned for more from our Cupoleans!
