Hi Tove, what have you been up to today?
I have been enjoying another day at the home office. Several meetings online and then some time to work on tasks in between. Currently, I’m working on an exciting business development project within FMCG. In addition to that, I have done yoga in my home gym a.k.a. the living room, and gone for a short walk in the snowy streets of Stockholm. It’s beautiful, but I must admit I have started to long for spring.
Sounds like a great day so far! Tell us, what is your role at Cupole and what does that mean?
I am a consultant, which is a junior position in the company. I participate in project meetings and work with the team to achieve the project goals and deliver a great solution to our client. Currently, I work in a relatively small team, which has enabled me to take a lot of responsibility. I personally think it is a perfect mix of being able to drive progress and challenge myself while knowing I have the team’s support when I need it!
What’s your secret craft or talent?
I love to cook and prefer to spend hours in the kitchen on the weekends, preparing a nice meal for my friends or family. The best kind of cooking is with loads of fresh vegetables and no recipe so that I can be creative and experiment with new flavors. Currently, I enjoy cooking dishes inspired by the Szechuan region like Dan Dan noodles or mapo tofu.
Which is your most played song?
I really love a song that makes me get in a Friday mood, such as “Baby I’m Yours” by Breakbot. If I look for something more relaxing, I like to listen to practically any song by Tingsek.
Finally, do you have a nickname?
I have really many nicknames actually. My family rarely ever calls me Tove. Another source of nicknames is that my name is quite impossible to pronounce in English, which has resulted in me being called for example Tuba and Tofu amongst other interesting alternatives.
