This is Jennifer
At Cupole, we’re a collective of great minds and big hearts. But instead of keeping that for ourselves, we want to give you a chance to read some more about our people and what they have to say about themselves and Cupole.
Let’s get to know a Cupolean!
Hi Jennifer! What’s your role at Cupole?
My role at Cupole is called Consultant, and I am currently partaking in Cupole Academy. This means starting together with a group of fresh graduates, getting a swift start to consulting with a solid introduction, and continuous training during the first year. In my role, I contribute to solving complex problems by analyzing and visualizing data, drawing conclusions, and presenting them to our clients. Not to forget is my internal role at Cupole, helping out with student recruiting and responsibility for our Food & Wine element as well as Cultural Club. This year has contained fewer activities for sure – but we did pull off a digital 3-course cookalong with a professional chef!
What qualities do you appreciate the most with your colleagues?
That they are both extremely smart and fun – I am proud to have them as my colleagues. It is challenging and inspiring to work with Cupoleans and I know I will always have a great time at work and at activities outside of work. Another quality I appreciate is the creativity flourishing at Cupole, you never know what the next idea for a team activity will be.
How do you spend a perfect Saturday?
Beginning the day with going for brunch with a few friends at my favorite local café Bullar & Bröd (very much recommended). The brunch turns into a walk in the sun, maybe a stop at a random pub, and finishes off with a spontaneous dinner at a small restaurant!
What’s you’re nickname?
My name is quite lengthy, so I do have a few nicknames. Jempa is the most usual one, but sometimes Jempis and Jempzy qualify as well. A previous nickname has also been Salt bae when living in Australia because of my strong affection for salt…
What do you think is the best thing about Cupole?
My straight and most obvious answer – the people. I also believe we get the great benefit of delivering interesting and challenging projects with a whole range of exciting customers. A great mix of laughs and an environment for fast-paced personal development!
