We continue our introduction of our latest consultants from Cupole Academy 10! This time, we’ll get to know Vendela a bit more, who was one of our interns last year.
Hey Vendela! It’s awesome to have you back at Cupole. Can you tell us a bit about yourself?
Hi! Certainly! I recently graduated from Stockholm School of Economics and I am thrilled to finally rejoin Cupole. With a background in gymnastics, I bring a strong team spirit, determination, and energy – you could say that I am a true spirit animal!
Do you have any tips for someone applying for an internship with us?
Sure! Tailor your CV to highlight how your skills and experiences align with the consulting field and Cupole. During interviews, be prepared to demonstrate your problem-solving abilities and your eagerness to learn and grow in a dynamic environment. Most importantly, do not overthink and be yourself!
How would you describe your time as an intern at Cupole?
It was a fantastic learning journey. I gained great insights into life at Cupole as I had the opportunity to work on multiple client projects, collaborate with intelligent and humble colleagues, and participate in various enjoyable events. Truly rewarding!
Do you have anything specific you are looking forward to during your first year as a full-time Management Consultant?
I am eager to dive into complex client projects, develop my strategic thinking, as well as sharpen my problem-solving toolkit. I am also excited about the mentorship and growth opportunities that lie ahead!
Lastly, we’re all about discovering the hidden gems. Do you have a surprising talent or interest you’d like to share?
Well, it might not be much of a surprise now that I’ve mentioned my gymnastics background, but I can still do a backflip on solid ground – ta-da! Or at least, the last time I tried…
