Bonuses, high salaries and other financial incentives are common ways of retaining key employees in a company. At Cupole, we believe that all employees contribute to our success and should be rewarded for this. This is why we’ve created Flexibility, a raft of opportunities to give everyone the chance to create an optimal life situation.
Working in the consulting industry, we know that it makes tough demands on good service, the ability to solve problems and a high level of availability. This makes the profession an exciting one, but sometimes those expectations of constant availability can take their toll and it can be difficult to unwind.
Research in the field of “high-performance individuals” reveals that the work-life balance is an important factor in maintaining a sustainable existence. Important components include rest, the opportunity to choose working hours and to be able to spend time with family and friends. This is why Cupole started work in 2016 to create better conditions for our employees, and after much research and many analyses, the result was the Flexibility@Cupole programme.
It consists of five components
- Free Time, extended paid leave and holidays,
- Time Out, greater opportunities for leave,
- Part Time, an opportunity to work part time,
- Family Time, a generous insurance policy for parents,
- Remote Time, enhanced opportunities to work remotely.
Kristoffer Frenkiel, chartered psychologist and former Head of People at Cupole:
“The idea is that Flexibility will appeal to different personalities, depending on where they are in their lives and careers. If, for example, you want to work part time when you’ve had a child or to take some leave to set up your own business, this must be possible.”
