We continue our introduction of our latest consultants from Cupole Academy 10! This time, we’ll get to know Mikaela a bit more.
Hey Mikaela! To kick things off, can you tell us a bit about yourself?
Hey, of course! I am a dedicated team player, always seeking opportunities to grow and push my boundaries, whether in my professional life or personal pursuits. A perfect weekend for me includes a long run, attending a concert, gossiping with friends, or ideally, enjoying all three.
After being a Cupolean for two months, what has been your key takeaway from this time?
Cupole is a company that really cares about its employees, something that became evident during the four weeks of onboarding. There are so many great people working here, which is extremely inspiring for me as a new graduate. You find yourself surrounded by colleagues who actively support your development and help you achieve your goals.
What are you looking forward to the most during your first year as a management consultant?
I am eager to dig into different projects in different settings, exploring and learning more about various industries. Furthermore, I look forward to involving myself in Cupole Elements and all the fun and social activities that are planned henceforth.
Do you have any advice for someone interested in applying to Cupole?
Attend a Cupole event and take the opportunity to ask questions about our business, culture, and the interview process to learn if we are the right fit for you. If you are not graduating next year, I can highly recommend our student program “Launch”, as it offers valuable insights into what it’s like to work at Cupole.
Lastly, we’re all about discovering the hidden gems. Do you have a surprising talent or interest you’d like to share?
I sometimes get invested in learning (unnecessary) random stuff, the latest has been learning how to solve Rubik’s cube with the goal of solving it in less than one minute.
Thank you, Mikaela! For our readers, stay tuned for more from our Cupoleans. Read more about life at Cupole here
