At Cupole, we’re a collective of great minds and big hearts. But instead of keeping that for ourselves, we want to give you a chance to read some more about our people and what they have to say about themselves and Cupole.
Let’s get to know a Cupolean!

This is Emilia
Hey Emilia, how would you describe yourself?
I would describe myself as kind, calm and engaged. But also stubborn, creative and curious. My boyfriend says that I always need to have a say in everything – and that’s probably true – I love to discuss with people. Apart from that, I really enjoy singing and dancing and I love cheese and chocolate. When I have time off, I like cooking, most importantly without a recipe. It’s my favorite kind of meditation.
Do you think your parents would agree with that description?
They would agree with most of it I think, but they would probably add that I’m brutally honest and always speak my mind. And that I have a kind heart.
What are you up to at the moment?
Right now, I’m at the Cupole office for the first time this week. I just enjoyed Lina’s amazing Friday breakfast with my colleagues. I’ve spent the week with my team on a customer’s site, a huge travel and transportation company. The task for today will include creating conclusive slides for our pre-study that we have done over the last five weeks. I really enjoy when the pieces are being put together and we can start seeing the end result.
How would you describe the culture at Cupole?
I would describe it as very open-minded, accepting, fun and inspiring. We are all driven and high performing individuals with high expectations of each other, but we also care about each other a lot. We are all very different which makes work more exciting. It also creates a better learning environment!
…and this is her way to relax
What does it mean being a Cupolean?
It means putting more effort into our work than others – with a big heart. Cupoleans need to be both humble and confident, supportive and demanding, and so on. That’s what makes us Cupole.
What’s your favorite memory from your time at Cupole?
Oh, I have a lot. But definitely to hang out with the people from my Cupole Academy year. Before you start at Cupole, you have to complete an adventurous onboarding together. We do this in order to get to know each other better – and we definitely got really close.
Stay tuned for more from our Cupoleans!
