What made you apply to Cupole in the first place?
The amazing people who I got to both work and hang out with during my management spring internship in early 2019. Post-graduation, I decided to continue working at Cupole and entered as one of Cupole Academy 2021. For me, it was the obvious choice.
What were you looking forward to when starting at Cupole?
The spring internship gave me a lot of insightful learnings and experiences, I already received a great taste of Life at Cupole. To answer the question, I was looking forward to solve complex problems with a team of inspiring people. The people are surely the best thing about Cupole.
How has the experience been so far?
It has been great, with a healthy mix of solving intriguing problems, hard work, and having fun. For me, Life at Cupole is much more than work, it’s a place where I met friends.
Did you do anything fun for Easter?
Yes, I went to Verbier for a week of spring skiing, too much cheese, and sipping rosé in the sun. It was a enjoyable trip!
Finally, what is your advice to anyone that is interested in applying to Cupole?
Just do it, or reach out to us first, we’ll gladly tell you more over lunch or a cup of coffee!
