Embark your career ascent with clarity! Our consulting journey zips through three stages: Consultant, Project Manager, then Principal and, hopefully, Partner. With a Level Lead for development check-ins, a mentor for insights and support, and a team that gives you feedback and wants you to shine, you are well equipped for the ride.

Feedback is something we particularly rely on at Cupole – and it needs to be transparent and crystal clear. That’s why every Friday (at least) we remind our teams to give valuable feedback to each other, both top-down and bottom-up; the full 360. We also ask each Cupolean to evaluate their team members each month on performance, again both bottom-up and top-down, ensuring a full 360 evaluation. Taken together, this ensures a solid, fair foundation on which to base career decisions.

Cupole Academy is the first step toward your management consulting career at Cupole, which you’re eligible for after graduating. While working on client projects as part of a team, you’ll also be enrolled in an educational program that equips you with all the tips and tricks needed in a management consultant’s arsenal. The recruitment process takes place in the fall for positions starting in August of the following year.
